Nancy Schneier is the Chief Revenue Officer and Founder of Vikar Technologies, a Fintech company streamlining client and loan lifecycle management through digital automation. With over 35 years of experience in banking and financial technology, Nancy has built a career around delivering results and driving product innovation. Her path spans top firms like KPMG, Broadridge, Wolters Kluwer, SS&C, and Accenture—grounded by a degree in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Amruta Dongre has over 15 years of experience in product and software development. In her current position as CTO and Founder of Vikar Technologies, she leads the overall product strategy and oversees product development and engineering. Amruta designs and develops solutions in line with the overall vision for Vikar resulting in innovative solutions and technology to Vikar clients.  In her previous roles, Amruta has led the design, implementation, and delivery to over 15 major financial institutions in digitizing and improving their account opening and lending processes. Amruta holds a Master’s Degree in Information Management from Syracuse University.

Adam Pearl is a fintech and banking sales leader with deep experience scaling account switching and digital banking platforms for financial institutions. He played a pivotal role at ClickSWITCH—one of the first platforms to automate direct deposit and payment switching—where he led sales initiatives that drove broad bank adoption and helped position the company for its successful acquisition by Q2. Adam most recently held a senior leadership role at Q2, leading Strategic Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) Sales and working closely with banks and fintechs to bring differentiated embedded finance solutions to market. He has also served as Senior Vice President of Channel Partnerships and Growth at Urban FT, helping expand distribution and accelerate adoption of modern digital banking technologies. With a proven track record spanning scale, acquisition, and platform growth, Adam brings firsthand switching expertise to Onsetto. As Chief Sales Officer, he leads go-to-market strategy and strategic partnerships, helping financial institutions capture the core operating account, accelerate activation, and win primacy.

Cale founded ClickSWITCH in 2014. A fintech that provides an innovative solution for banks, credit unions and neobanks that automates the process of switching direct deposits and automatic payments. Under Cale’s guidance ClickSWITCH provided services to over 600+ Financial Institutions, including 3 of the top 15 banks in the US. He has an extensive background in venture capital, raising multiple rounds for ClickSWITCH prior to its acquisition in Q2 of April of 2021.​

Cale has been recognized as 40 Under 40 in 2021, Top 50 Financial Technology CEO in 2021, and Top 100 People to know in 2020. After conquering the consumer switching market with a successful exit, Cale is applying the same innovative approach to revolutionize business switching.

Claudia Adamson is the head of small business banking for Truist Financial Corporation, a purpose-driven financial services organization committed to inspiring and building better lives and communities. As part of the Consumer and Small Business Banking leadership team, Adamson leads the team serving small business clients with personalized advice and specialized financial solutions delivered through caring partnerships within the most attractive growth markets in the U.S. 

In her role, Adamson oversees strategic execution for all areas of small business banking including deposits, lending, and payments solutions; data and analytics, operations and governance, and client experience for more than 1.2 million small business clients through a multi-channel approach. She joined Truist in June 2025 and is a member of Truist’s Operating Council. 

Adamson has more than 20 years of experience focusing on small and midsize enterprise, middle market and large corporate sector clients. Prior to joining Truist, she served as managing director, U.S. head of business banking, and as part of the executive committee for the U.S. commercial bank at HSBC. During her 10-year tenure, she also served as regional executive of corporate banking and U.S. head of sales intelligence for U.S. commercial banking along with championing culture and employee engagement as U.S. head of people excellence. Previously, she served as director and regional executive for London corporate banking at Barclays. 

Adamson’s experience includes leveraging technology to enhance client outcomes and drive efficiency; digital transformation, including the deployment of a virtual business banker model and other digital-first strategies; and data analytics and sales intelligence to drive revenue growth. 

Adamson holds a bachelor’s in mathematics and computer science from Converse University and studied at the London Business School.

Patrick L. Cristino is Head of Small Business at Citizens, where he leads a team that partners closely with the Retail organization to drive business banking growth. His work is focused on client acquisition, onboarding, deepening relationships, increasing primary banking engagement, and reducing client attrition.

Since joining Citizens in 2003 as a Branch Manager, Patrick has built a broad and impactful career across the organization. He has held several senior leadership roles, including Regional Manager, District Manager, and Retail Director for New England, where he oversaw 180 branches and more than 1,100 colleagues. In his role as National Sales Director for Retail, Patrick led a team of 13 sales managers across the footprint and played a key role in shaping the strategy and execution of retail banking.

Patrick brings deep expertise in strategic planning, sales leadership, and digital transformation, with a strong track record of driving performance and building high-performing teams.

A graduate of the Consumer Banking Association’s Executive Banking School in 2018, Patrick now serves as a faculty member, where he shares his leadership experience and industry insights with the next generation of banking professionals.

Heather Kesner is the Head of Small Business Banking and National Sales for U.S. Bank. She has over 25 years of experience in the financial services and banking industry. She leads U.S. Bank’s small business team including 650 small-banking managers and specialists who operate within the 26-state branch footprint, as well the U.S. Bank National Sales Team that focuses on customer outreach to clients in states without a branch presence. 


Heather’s career at U.S. Bank began in April 2019 as the Consumer and Business Banking Market Leader in San Francisco, and she most recently served as East Region Small Business and Branch Banking Executive where she oversaw over 450 branches and small business in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Missouri, and North Carolina.


Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Heather spent 16 years with J.P Morgan Chase, advancing her career through several roles, most notably as a Consumer Market Manager, and Managing Director of Customer Experience for Consumer Banking and Chase Wealth Management. Following her 16 years at J.P Morgan Chase, she was the Managing Director of the Retail Network and Sales and Service Strategy at Santander Bank. She led the sales and service transformation of the bank’s 640 branches across the United States. 


Heather has been honored with many awards during her banking career, including being part of the Most Powerful Women in banking team award for U.S. Bank in 2025, named one of the Women We Admire for 2025 for North Carolina and a Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business by the San Francisco Business Times in 2020. She is a board member for the United Way of Greater Charlotte and UStrive. She is an active volunteer and has been a board member for JVS- San Francisco, Junior Achievement, and the American Cancer Society and has volunteered with Carry the Load, Habitat for Humanity, March of Dimes, and has been a troop leader for Girl Scouts of America.


Heather earned her B.S. in Business Management from Western Governors University. She resides in Charlotte with her husband and daughter.

As President of Chase Auto’s Captive Finance Business, Jagdeep managed a multi-billion dollar net income business, partnering with major Auto manufacturers to provide consumer financing. Under his leadership, the business achieved double-digit growth rates through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. At JP Morgan Chase, prior to taking this role, Jagdeep repositioned its Dealer Commercial Services business as a growth engine and industry leader. He joined JP Morgan Chase in August 2011 as Chief Risk Officer for Auto Finance and Student Loan businesses. Jagdeep joined Chase from Wells Fargo & Company, where his tenure included roles as Chief Executive of their Commercial Real Estate Finance business, and Chief Credit Officer for Business Banking. Earlier, Jagdeep rose through the ranks at GE Capital having spent time in various businesses. Jagdeep currently serves on a few boards, including the Advisory Board of Exponential Markets, a Fintech, and the Board of Union Settlement, a leading NY based Non-Profit, as Vice Chair. Jagdeep believes in leading through innovation, integrity, and a relentless focus on excellence. Jagdeep holds an MBA from Virginia Tech at Blacksburg, Virginia.
